Our Process

From beginning to end, we will be there with you every step of the way.  

After you fill out our intake form, we begin our work together in a series of steps. Once we have your information we will establish an attorney-client relationship that will set the foundation for all work together as we move forward. 

Next our team will begin the investigation process, followed by the gathering of all documents and records that could possibly pertain to your case. From there, we determine who is at fault so that we can proceed to file the lawsuit. 

What follows next is the discovery process, followed by mediation. Most cases are able to be resolved in mediation, but if that is not possible we will proceed with a trial in court. Depending on the outcome of the trial, we will then guide you through the settlement or appeals process.
