Class Action Lawsuit Alleges Eos Lip Balm Causes Rashes and Blisters

For many of us lip balm is essential to protecting our lips during the cold winter months. A class action lawsuit is alleging EOS lip balm has in fact done the opposite and is harming the lips of those who use the product.

Rachel Cronin recently alleged that after using EOS Lip Balm she initially noticed her lips became very dry. After applying the lip balm again she claims her lips began to crack, flake, and bleed. A day later she allegesblisters and rashes formed around her mouth that lasted up to 10 days.

EOS has addressed the recent lawsuit issuing a statement that they believe the allegations are without merit and their products are made with the highest quality ingredients. EOS also claims their products comply with strict safety and quality standards conducted by an independent lab the company works with.
