Caitlyn Jenner Sued by Another Family Injured in Car Wreck

Caitlyn Jenner was sued this week by a family involved in a car wreck with Jenner earlier this year. Jenner, formerly Bruce Jenner, rear-ended a car which then crashed into the SUV the family was riding in.  Jenner struck the vehicle of Kim Howe, who was killed in the wreck, pushing her car into traffic and into this family’s SUV.   The family alleges in the lawsuit they have suffered injuries and emotional trauma. Two of the SUV’s passengers and plaintiffs in the lawsuit are children.  Jenner is also being sued by Howe’s stepchildren and another driver involved in the crash, and has been cleared of any criminal wrongdoing.  A civil suit is a suit to recover money damages.
