On November 7, 2014, the Poppe Law Firm^® filed Kentucky’s First Syngenta Kentucky Corn Lawsuit  (click link to read the Complaint).  The Poppe Law Firm^® filed the Complaint on behalf of every corn farmer in Kentucky (class action lawsuit); however, we are currently signing up individual farmers and farms across the Kentucky..
