St. Joseph London KY Settles FCA, Stark, Kick Back Claims for $16.5M

St. Joseph-London Hospital in London, Kentucky agreed to reimburse the government $16.5 million dollars to resolve claims they fraudulently billed the government for UNNECESSARY heart procedures and had improper and illegal payment relationships with the doctors.
