Judges Think Juries Don’t Award Enough Damages in Personal Injury Lawsuits
Could this possibly be correct??? Judges, by a whopping majority, think that juries don’t award enough damages in personal injury lawsuits. At least that’s one of the conclusions of a Baylor Law Review Survey recently conducted among judges in Texas. And, if you think that is surprising, try this one on for size.
